As a modern and innovative company, we feel it is our responsibility to promote sustainability, an aspect incorporated in our production methods and the operation of our facilities. Every year, the corporate group’s solar park produces more than enough emissions-free electricity to meet both our needs and those of our subcontractors.

Since our priority is to promote “good work” in all aspects, we provide our employees with ergonomically designed workstations. Further, they can stay in shape using the nearby Fitness Center, where physiotherapists can monitor and advise them. We place great value on committed, enthusiastic employees, an approach that has shown its value: employees celebrating their 25-year service anniversaries are more the rule than the exception, proof that they enjoy working at Hammerlit.
